The owner, Vincenzo Lombardo, passionate about zero-kilometre organic cuisine, has brought the quality of the flavours of the Nebrodi to the table thanks to his passion for simplicity and Sicilian tradition. The local U Sicilianu, already present as a Bar and Pastry shop, has recently opened a much larger room, transforming the trattoria into a pizza restaurant. Trattoria, tavern, sandwich shop, bar, pastry shop and ice cream shop, U Sicilianu offers a complete, practical and convenient tourist menu. The restaurant is located in the centre of the village on the road leading to the medieval castle.
